Howard Bush
Mr. Bush teaches Introduction to Political Science and can primarily be found on our Cranberry and Greensburg campuses. He is a retired public school teacher who has also taught at Community College and Point Park.

Sandi Dimola
Ms. Dimola joined Carlow this fall to teach constitutional law. She is a graduate of Chatham University, the University of Pittsburgh, and holds a law degree from Duquesne University. She has 25 years of experience in corporate litigations in New York and Los Angeles.

Cynthia A. Karaffa
Ms. Karaffa holds both an MA and MPIA degree.  During the past five years, Cindi has taught Public Policy, Introduction to Political Science, International Relations, Comparative Politics, American Political Development, and her signature course, Politics of Terrorism.  Currently, she is completing her PhD at the University of Pittsburgh; the title of her dissertation is: The Social Construction of Reality, a View of Terrorism and International Relations, a Female Perspective.

William Schweers, Jr.
Mr. Schweers holds a J.D. degree from Duquesne University. He joined the adjunct staff in 2008 and has taught multiple courses including Introduction to Political Science, Political Thought, and Marriage and Family Law.  

Madelyn Toliver
Ms. Toliver has served as an adjunct professor for the past three years. She is a graduate of Chatham University. She currently is employed by The PNC Financial Services Group, Inc. as a Human Resources Professional working in the Strategic College Recruiting Department.
